Global Surgery Network's Refund Policy
There are 3
major components in coordinating a Medial Tourism Trip,
and the information below is to inform you exactly how
we deal with those. as well as our own refund policy.
Airline Ticketing:
GSN will arrange your airline ticketing so that it
coordinates with your all encompassing land services and
procedures requirements. We go directly to the
Internet and search all of the Discount Brokers, and
when we find the best rate, at the best times for you,
we will reserve that flight and contact you for
authorization. We will then purchase that ticketing on
your behalf, using your credit card information. Any
refunds from airline ticketing is subject to the
individual Terms & Conditions of that specific airlines.
You're also free to purchase these yourself, as we earn
no commissions from ticketing.
Surgical
or Medical Procedure:
GSN has acted as a consulting firm in providing you our
list of qualified providers from around the world. You
have made the choice of facilities and physicians. and
we have put you and your primary care physician (or some
local follow-up care physician that you will use) in
contact and communication with each other. You
will transfer all information and make all medical and
procedural requirements directly with that facility. We have to be aware of the details of the procedure's
so that we can schedule your travel program around those
plans. We will never collect payment for the
medical procedures, and any claims relating to the
procedures, are the responsibility of the provider.
Note: ALL of the providers in our Network are "world
class" accredited and qualified facilities.
Your
relationship with GSN ...
Once we have been given all of the scheduled date
requirements for your pre-surgery and post-surgery, we
will schedule your flight (as above) around those dates
and times. We then deal with all passport and visa
requirements, set up all airport, hotel, and other
transportation requirements with a private car and
driver or limousine service. We per-purchase hotel
rooms in 4-5 Star properties, and prepare them for any
special considerations that you will need. We have
transportation standing by and we confirm all medical
and surgical appointments. You have free Internet access
and long distance (international) calls. All luggage
will be handled for you to and from the Airport, and
your driver meets you upon arrival with a sign - and
non departure delivers back to the ticketing agent to
make sure your flight have not been delayed. You also
have a 24/7 Medical Concierge available to you in the
host country, and 24/7 access to GSN back in the states,
and we monitor all of these procedures while you are in
our care. These items, and more, and considered our
"Land Package", and they are bundled together into a
single fee which will be charged against your credit
card as a single item.
Prior to your departure, you will receive your itinerary
with all of the planned details, pre-purchased meals,
transportation, and services. Attached to this itinerary
will be "vouchers" that represent each of these
services. Upon your return, if there are any vouchers
that went unused or were not needed, you will be given a
100% credit back on your credit card for those unused
portions of your Land Package. Should you require
additional services, hotel nights, transportation, or
anything, you can phone us at GSN Headquarters and we
can add those services to your land cost at our discount
prices.
Purchased separately, or individually, these services
would cost considerably more, as we have ongoing
relationships with these providers, which assures we are
getting the best prices, and you are getting the best
services available.
